First: Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange a product within 14 days of receipt.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our part.

Second: Return Policy

Customers may return a product within 7 days of receipt if there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the order.

The product will be inspected before the return is accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Cases in which returns and exchanges are not possible:

-1 Used or damaged products due to misuse.

-2 Products that have been tampered with or whose tags/packaging have been removed.

-3 Products purchased as part of a special offer (if applicable).
